Vader: Live in Japan "Vader has arrived in Tokyo my friends join us, it's time to die!" So begins the classic live album Live in Japan from Vader, as guitarist/vocalist Peter welcomes the crowd and gets them ready for a feast of death metal delicacies. While their earlier live set The Darkest Age-Live '93 is a good one, it pales in comparison to this lethal juggernaut, a steaming pile of.

Vader's other live album, Darkest Age, is older than this and contains more of their earliest material. There are some cool covers on Live in Japan, like Reign in Blood, and some tasteful instrumental passages. The sound quality is excellent and it's a pretty long set. Great live album from a great band.5/5(9).
