    It'd be considered a remix. As long as you aren't profiting off the song it's generally okay to use, but if you wanted to make it an original, granted it doesn't sound close to the original the acapella was pulled from, then you could use the vocal as a temporary placement to finish the track then proceed to find someone to do a vocal over your track.
